Mr Squirrel was looking to transition his four-bedroom home from using gas to a more renewable source, so that he could generate clean energy all year round and reduce his carbon foot print.

Our design team completed a full feasibility study on the property to calculate an anticipated performance and running costs alongside a renewable heat incentive schedule to assess that Mr Squirrels home was perfect for an air source heat pump.

The installation included an 7.5kW Mitsubishi Ecodan Kit with an 7.5kW Mitsubishi Ecodan Additional Unit which were fitted outside and installed on anti-vibration feet. Additionally, our engineers connected the heat pump to a 400-Litre unvented Hot Water cylinder and underfloor heating.

Mr Squirrel’s property has been predicted that it will produces 3.4 tonnes of CO2, whereas the average household produces 6 tonnes of CO2.
